Williams Chapel
Christian Methodist Episcopal Church

Mission
We believe that the door to salvation is always open and so are the doors of the church. Our mission is to grow and strengthen inwardly in Christ through worship, study, and fellowship, that ministry may be performed outwardly—transforming lives, building intentional relationships, and extending the hope and love of Jesus Christ to our neighbors and beyond.
Vision
Williams Chapel CME Church envisions a Christ-centered community where open doors lead to open hearts. We strive to be a beacon of faith, love, and transformation—strengthening lives through discipleship, nurturing intentional relationships, and extending the hope of Jesus Christ beyond our walls into the world.
Motto
"Develop inwardly, minister outwardly"
The Apostle's Creed
I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth and in Jesus Christ, His only Son Our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; The third day, He arose from the dead, He ascended into Heaven, and sitteth at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.

The Modern Creed
We believe in God the Father, infinite in wisdom, power and love, whose mercy is over all His works, and whose will is ever directed to His children’s good. We believe in Jesus Christ, Son of God and Son of man, the Gift of the Father’s unfailing grace, the ground of our hope, and the promise of our deliverance from sin and death. We believe in the Holy Spirit and the divine presence in our lives, whereby we are kept in perpetual remembrance of the truth of Christ, and find strength and help in time of need. We believe that this faith should manifest itself in the service of love as set forth in the example of our blessed Lord, to the end that the kingdom of God may come upon the earth. Amen.
